Role: Global Operations Head – Finance Location: Noida, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru & Gurugram Work Model: Work From Office Shift: UK Hours We are inviting applications for the role of Global Operations Head – Finance. This strategic leadership role is responsible for overseeing Finance & Accounting operations, transformation, and client engagement across global portfolios. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Record to Report (R2 R) along with exposure to P2 P and O2 C, and a passion for driving process excellence and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Lead Finance & Accounting operations across R2 R, P2 P, General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Reconciliations. Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close to ensure accuracy and timely reporting. Partner with global clients to deliver exceptional outcomes and strengthen strategic relationships. Own end-to-end service delivery and P&L for key client engagements. Champion transformation initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and digital tools. Collaborate cross-functionally with GPOs, Transformation, Digital, and Transition teams. Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement and performance governance. Contribute to solutioning, pricing, due diligence, and stabilization of new client transitions. Required Skills & Experience: Proven leadership in large-scale Finance Operations, preferably within the Insurance Finance domain. Strong experience in Record to Report (R2 R) — preferred over AP/AR specialization due to complexity and scope. Exposure to regulatory, statutory, and GAAP reporting. Experience with London Market and UK Market operations is highly desirable. Demonstrated success in process transformation, automation, and operational optimization. Strong executive presence, commercial acumen, and ability to influence at senior stakeholder levels.
