Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead fully hands-on Developer to join our dynamic team in the logistics sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .Net Core, microservice architecture, and DevOps, with a proven track record of leading development projects . This role requires excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with remote product stakeholders. 


Key Responsibilities: 

Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions. 

Implement N-Tier/Client Server/Microservice architectures. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. 

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. 

Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 

Implement and manage DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes. 

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. 

Communicate effectively with remote product stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates. 


Required Skills and Experience: 

Net Core: 8+ years 

N-Tier/Client Server/Microservice Architecture: 2+ years (Note: Simple MVC & REST endpoint experience is insufficient) 

DevOps: 2+ years 

Relational Database: 8+ years 

Any Front End: Razor/Blazor/Angular 5+/React & Redux (1+ year, nice to have) 

Communication: Must be able to communicate effectively, as we have remote product stakeholders 

Agile/Scrum/Kanban: 1+ year 

Unit Testing: 3+ years 

Cloud Experience: 1+ year 

Containerization: 2+ years 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Experience in the logistics sector. 

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. 

Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. 

Excellent leadership and team management skills.
