Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Zonal HR. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices. The Zonal HR will play a pivotal role in supporting the Core team and contributing to the overall success of the HR department. This role involves traveling to our managed tech centers as and when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Conduct job analyses and develop strategic recruitment plans.- Coordinate the recruitment process, including interviews and selection.- Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
Employee Relations
- Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns.- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement.- Establish effective communication channels.
Performance Management
- Collaborate on goal-setting and performance expectations.- Manage feedback mechanisms and analyze performance metrics.- Provide insights for organizational improvement.
Training and Development
- Conduct training needs analyses.- Design and implement training programs aligned with organizational goals.- Support professional development and career planning.
HR Compliance
- Conduct legal audits and ensure compliance with labor laws.- Participate in policy development and reviews.- Maintain accurate documentation for legal and regulatory requirements.
HR Administration
- Manage employee data and ensure data protection compliance.- Enhance the onboarding experience for new hires.- Oversee the off boarding process and conduct exit interviews.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR roles.- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
