Nacelle Project ManagementThe Nacelle Project Management Department consists of + highly skilled and qualified Project Managers and Planners at three different sites (India, Portugal and Denmark). The department is responsible for the portfolio management and execution of projects in the Nacelle Module where we have + employees. We are responsible for the full lifecycle of the product and therefore projects can be both Technology Projects, New Product Development and Projects to support the Operational part of the Business.The Nacelle Module is primarily developing Structural and Mechanical components but is having a close collaboration with several other Modules and the entire Value Chain.ResponsibilitiesYou will be part of a group of project planners supporting the major projects managed by Module Project Managers. You can also be responsible for smaller projects or processes running internally in the module.Build a project planning structure and ensure alignment between planning levelsConduct detailed project planning and scheduling from business activity (level A) to Work Package and task (level C), looking 3-6 months aheadFollow up on the team to secure delivery as promised and maintain and update project plansSupport project manager in understanding and communicating the project plan elements and progress including critical path analysisSupport project team in time estimation based on historical data for "standard" tasks and deliverablesUpdate budgets and resource demands towards the line organizations in SAP to secure alignment between the project and line organizationQualificationsDiploma or Master level education within relevant academic field (e.g. Engineering or Business)Proficient in Project Planning tools - SAP PPM, Microsoft Project, JIRAProject management education or relevant project management training coursesMinimum 3-5 years of proven experience in project planning in complex global matrix organizationsExperience with supporting several projects simultaneouslyGreat language skills (verbal and written) in English are requiredCompetenciesYou are enthusiastic, result-oriented and have a good sense of responsibilityYou are decisive and capable of prioritizing the workYou have good interpersonal skillsYou are structured, detail oriented and administrative specificYou are experienced in networking and communicating with many stakeholdersYou have advanced communication skills verbally and in writingYou are motivated in working with advanced project management tools (e.g. SAP PPM, MS Project, JIRA), KPI's and project performance metricsWhat We OfferYou will get the chance to make an impact on the green agenda with innovative solutions.
