Job Description
- At WLDD, a Copywriter is responsible for creating and executing high-quality, on-brand, and effective copies for all marketing campaigns and/or WLDD’s digital properties.
- They are responsible for creating clear and compelling copies that support the objectives of the briefs provided by clients.
- Senior Copywriters manage and lead the team of Executive and Junior copywriters of the Content Team.
KRAs
- Develop and implement the copywriting strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the overall marketing strategy and the client's direction.
- Collaborate with the Campaign and distribution team to develop a strong content strategy during marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain the company's tone of voice and ensure that all copy is consistent and on-brand.
- Write high-quality copy which is aligned with topical trends and millennial/ Gen-Z lingos
- Act as an editor and review all copy written by the copywriting team, providing feedback and guidance to ensure that all copy is effective, and meets the required standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure that the copywriting team is always at the forefront of the industry.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment for the copywriting team, promoting creativity, collaboration, and teamwork.
- Continuously evaluate and refine the copywriting strategy to ensure that it remains effective and relevant.
