Purpose and Objective

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager with over 5 years of experience in the Copper tubes/HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important clients. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the industry, and the ability to drive business growth through effective account management of Copper tubes customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Prepare reports on account status, including sales projections and customer feedback.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.
  • Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred).

Experience

  • 5-14 years of experience in marketing within the Copper, wire, cable, HVAC, Copper tube industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing key client accounts and driving business growth.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the Copper Tube industry, market trends, and customer needs.
