We Are Hiring – Operations Executive

Location: Pune (Work from Office)

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Sunday Off

Company Description – Travel with the Routes

Travel with the Routes is a Pune-based travel company passionate about creating seamless and memorable journeys across India and abroad. We specialize in customized holiday packages, corporate tours, and unique travel experiences designed to fit every traveler's needs.

With strong expertise in domestic and international destinations, we ensure smooth operations, reliable vendor partnerships, and hassle-free travel planning. Our mission is simple — to make travel not just about visiting places, but about living stories and building memories.

Qualification:

Graduate (preferred in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality Management, but open to all streams with relevant skills)

Freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in travel operations can apply

Strong knowledge of Domestic & International travel destinations is an added advantage

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic travel tools

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end travel operations, including bookings, itineraries, and vendor coordination

Assist in creating customized travel plans for domestic & international clients

Maintain relationships with hotels, transporters, and other service providers

Monitor ongoing trips and ensure smooth travel experiences for clients

Respond promptly to client queries with excellent communication skills

Job Details:

Starting Salary: ₹10,000/month (first 6 months – training & probation period)

Growth Opportunities after successful training completion

Work Type: Work from Office (Offline)
