*About the Role*

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Backend Developer with 0 to 6 months of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side logic of our web applications. If you are passionate about coding, problem-solving, and continuously learning, we would love to meet you

*Responsibilities*

  • Develop and maintain backend systems, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

  • Assist in the design and implementation of database systems.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to server performance and security.

  • Ensure that web applications follow best practices and meet industry standards.

  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.

  • Continuously improve and learn new backend development technologies.

*Required Skills*

  • Basic understanding of backend development concepts.

  • Proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework.

  • Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and Bootstrap for basic front-end integration.

  • Familiarity with JavaScript for dynamic user interfaces.

  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and basic database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the backend development field.

*Preferred Skills* (not mandatory)

  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

  • Knowledge of MVC architecture.

  • Understanding of web security and best practices.

*Requirements*

  • Must have completed at least 2-3 backend development project using PHP and Laravel.

  • Experience in developing real-world applications, either as part of coursework, internships, or personal projects.

  • Ability to showcase completed projects (GitHub link, portfolio, or live projects preferred).

*Education*
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
