Job Description
  • Responsible for  electrical maintainence activities
  • Responsible for meeting maintenance KPI's
  • Machine tryout : DAP discussions, Pre and Final acceptance of machines for new & relocated projects
  • Competency development of exisitng, new and emerging technologies : WC and BC
  • Allocation & Utlisation of maintenance resources (productivity, spares cost/pc, etc)
  • Drive digitalisation projects across the plant
  • Participation and support in improvement processes like System CIP, etc
  • Planning & Execution of major overhauling of MAE's and upgradation of obsolete technologies
  • Execution of IPN standard of maintenance processes for cost, MAE availablity etc
  • Implement and support RPP & Localisations (Import to local, source change, MAE improvements)
  • Good team player.
  • Good level communication.
  • Decision making.
  • Share knowledge and information.
  • Cost awareness.
  • Cross - functional interaction appreciated.
  • Ability to motivate.
  • Ability to communicate in local language (Tamil) will be added advantage.

Qualifications

BE/B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics engineering
