Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an NC Programmer and Tooling design Engineer. The NC Programmer and tooling Engineer will be responsible for technical drawing, NC programming, concept development, setup documentation, Vericut simulation, and Tool design for sheet metal & drafting. They will work on-site in our Bangalore Urban District location.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in technical drawing, CNC programming, verdict setup, and setup documentation.
• Proficiency in programming software such as CATIA V5, SIEMENS NX,VERICUT.
• Experience working with various materials, including stainless steels, high-temperature metals, titanium alloys, Inconel, and aluminum alloys.
• Knowledge of composites and other relevant materials is a plus
• Ability to maintain CNC machine tolerances of +/- 0.01mm (mill) and +/- 0.005mm (turn)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the aerospace and defense industries is a plus.
