Job Purpose: To plan, execute, monitor, and deliver civil engineering works for the Industrial Park project within time, budget, safety, and quality parameters. The role involves coordinating with contractors, consultants, government authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of infrastructure development (roads, utilities, drainage, structural works, etc.).
--- Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution Prepare project plans, schedules, and cost estimates for civil works. Ensure timely execution of infrastructure and structural works such as roads, drainage, utilities, buildings, and common facilities. Oversee land development, grading, and site preparation activities. Coordination & Supervision Manage contractors, subcontractors, and consultants on site. Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, and statutory authorities for approvals. Monitor day-to-day site progress and resolve technical/site issues. Quality & Safety Ensure adherence to engineering standards, design specifications, and quality norms. Implement and monitor site safety practices and statutory compliances. Conduct inspections and ensure QA/QC documentation is maintained. Budget & Cost Control Monitor project costs and control budget deviations. Approve contractor bills, variations, and ensure value engineering. Track material usage and ensure resource optimization. Reporting & Documentation Prepare regular project progress reports for management. Maintain project documentation, drawings, approvals, and statutory records. Highlight risks and propose mitigation measures to management.
--- Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Civil Engineering. 10+ years of experience in civil project management, preferably in industrial park, township, or large-scale infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of land development, industrial buildings, utilities, and civil infrastructure works. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project / Primavera) and AutoCAD. Familiarity with environmental, statutory, and industrial regulations.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹100, ₹125,000.00 per month
