Deliver classroom teaching as per the curriculum prescribed by the affiliating State University, maintaining the highest academic standards.
Plan and conduct engaging lectures, tutorials, and assessments for undergraduate and postgraduate management programs.
Provide academic mentoring and career guidance to students.
Support preparation for university exams, project submissions, and viva voce.
2. Industry-Integrated Skill Development
Design and deliver value-added certificate programs , industry-recognized skill-based workshops , and corporate training sessions .
Facilitate guest lectures , industry interactions , and knowledge-sharing sessions with professionals from business and industry.
Encourage student participation in certifications, internships, and real-world business problem-solving.
3. Accreditation & Quality Initiatives
Contribute actively to NAAC/NBA accreditation processes , including data compilation, documentation, and continuous improvement planning.
Participate in internal academic audits and quality benchmarking exercises.
Support implementation of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and AICTE/UGC compliance .
4. Institutional Contribution & Events
Lead or contribute to management events, conferences, seminars, and student fests as per the institute calendar.
Support departmental planning, student engagement initiatives, and co-curricular development.
Represent the department in academic committees, strategic discussions, and institutional decision-making forums.
5. Academic Leadership & Administration
Provide leadership to junior faculty members through mentorship and academic guidance.
Take up administrative responsibilities such as Program Coordinator, Academic Advisor, or Committee Head when required.
Promote a culture of discipline, academic integrity, and continuous learning within the department.
