We believe in empowering talent and nurturing future leaders.Position Overview:We are looking for a recently qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong foundation in finance and taxation and a keen interest in gaining hands-on experience in a corporate finance environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparation and finalization of financial statements as per statutory guidelinesSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books of accountsEnsure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and other statutory filingsConduct account reconciliations, journal entries, and day-to-day accounting operationsSupport internal and external audit processesParticipate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisMaintain compliance with IND-AS, Companies Act, and Income Tax ActCollaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth financial operationsAssist in drafting and reviewing MIS reports for managementDesired Candidate Profile:Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Year of qualification: 2023, 2024 or 2025Sound knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory complianceProficient in MS Excel and familiar with accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or similar ERP toolsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsHigh level of integrity, attention to detail, and eagerness to learnAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageExposure to diverse aspects of corporate finance and complianceOpportunity to work closely with senior finance professionalsA learning-driven, collaborative, and growth-oriented environmentClear career progression path within the organization
