Deputy Director- SAP Functional MTD

Main purpose of the role:This role supports the sustainment, design and development of Make To Deploy capabilities of the Enterprise First Global template (built through SAP S/4 concepts). Objectives are to ensure that the Global Template supports the execution of business processes related to Production Planning, Production Execution and Quality Management across all the 40+ FLNA Plant sites in North America.This role will adopt and adhere to Agile principles for the Global Template project.This role is a new role introduced as a result of FLNA PGT Go-live.Responsibilities
Accountabilities:Lead team responsible for sustain operations, break/fixes and continuous improvements - AccountableLead on and offshore resources to effectively support end user system issues, coordinate issue resolution with power users, and manage escalations to functional solution architects and technical resources - AccountableMonitor ticketing system and follow up with assigned personnel to ensure timely resolution of problems and resolve any escalation issues that may arise. - AccountableActively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification and standardization capabilities - Consult / ExecuteEstablish KPIs and reports that keep key stakeholders in business and IT informed.Plan, prepare, and execute knowledge transfer sessions between implementation, delivery and DevSecOps teams.Collaborate with all scrum teams to deliver an optimized end-to-end Global ERP solution leveraging Pepsi Agile Methodology (PAM)- Consult / ExecuteWork closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams to work against - Consult / ExecuteEnsure global lift and shift opportunities are deployed across the sectorsAdopt and adhere to PAM principles and values:Adopt development practices which focus on quality and value, while increasing efficiency, and minimizing wasteFoster an environment where communication, teamwork, and innovation are encouragedHelp to implement Agile engineering best practices such as continuous integration, automation of testing and delivery, and continuous peer review within teams.Qualifications
Years of experience:10 or more years of Functional experience working with SAP Make to Deploy - Production Planning and ExecutionMandatory Tech Skills:SAP S/4 HANA, MDGPrevious experience in a sustain or DevSecOps role preferredStrong experience in end-to-end MTD planning and execution design and development. This includes integration with other functional areas like OTC, FTS, RTR, PTP etc.Strong Knowledge and experience on MTD specific Technical objectsSolid understanding of MTD Master DataMandatory Non Tech Skills:Ability to facilitate requirement discussions production planning and scheduling business processesProvide regular and accurate status updates and other documentation to management for assigned project, support, and enhancement work.Strong analytical skillsSolves highly complex problems within their work teamAbility to work flexible hours based on varying business requirementsDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organizationAbility to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequencesDifferenciating Competencies:Negotiation Skills - Solves highly complex problems within their work team Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments Coaching/Facilitation skills including but not limited to - Levels of Listening -- Conflict Resolution - Root Cause facilitation - Training techniques
