Job Description Job Description – MEP Engineer (Billing & Costing) Position: MEP Engineer Location: Site - Lonavala Experience: 4–6 years Education: B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (preferred) About the Role We are hiring for an office-based MEP Engineer role in Mumbai. The position focuses on billing, costing, and quantity analysis for MEP works (Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing). The ideal candidate should come from a billing / cost analysis background and have hands-on experience in office-based project support functions. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for MEP projects. Perform rate analysis and ensure accuracy in costing. Handle billing-related documentation and verification. Work closely with the project team for cost tracking and reporting . Assist in project cost estimation and budget preparation . Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely submission of bills and reports. Requirements Requirements B.E / B.Tech – Electrical Engineering (first preference) or Mechanical Engineering. 6+ years of experience in billing, rate analysis, BOQ preparation, and costing (preferably MEP). Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Excel and project documentation. Requirements Position: Senior Project Engineer – MEP (Residential, Interior & Internal Finishes) Location: Lonavala Reporting To: Project Manager / Client / PMC Head Role Overview The Senior Project Engineer – MEP will be responsible for supervising and monitoring the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and allied building services works. Key Responsibilities • Study and review MEP drawings and specifications for correct execution. • Raise RFIs for design clarifications and coordination issues. • Supervise MEP works including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, fire-fighting, ELV. • Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and contractors for integration with civil and finishing works. • Review contractor submissions such as shop drawings and test reports. • Verify installation quality and raise corrective actions when required. • Monitor procurement and delivery of MEP long-lead items. • Conduct site coordination meetings and prepare MoMs. • Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems. Qualifications & Skills • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. • 5–8 years of experience in MEP works for residential/commercial projects. • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and ELV systems. • Experience in shop drawing review and commissioning processes.
