About the Role

We are looking for an Implementation Specialist with hands-on experience in Freshworks (Freshdesk, Freshsales, Freshservice) and HubSpot CRM/Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading client onboarding, configuring systems, integrating workflows, and ensuring a smooth adoption of the platforms for business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Freshworks and HubSpot solutions for clients.
  • Work closely with clients to gather business requirements and map them to system functionalities.
  • Configure workflows, pipelines, automation rules, and reporting dashboards.
  • Manage data migration, integrations, and third-party tool connections.
  • Provide product training and best practices to client teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support) to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Troubleshoot implementation issues and provide proactive solutions.
  • Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and customizations.
  • Stay updated on new features/releases in Freshworks and HubSpot and recommend optimizations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in CRM/Helpdesk/Marketing Automation implementation.
  • Proven experience in Freshworks Suite (Freshdesk, Freshsales, Freshservice) and HubSpot CRM/Marketing Hub.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM workflows, sales pipelines, and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations, webhooks, and third-party tools is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Client-facing experience with strong presentation & training skills.

Preferred

  • Freshworks or HubSpot certifications is plus
  • Experience with SaaS implementation in B2B environments.
