Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Trainer specializing in Python & Java Full Stack. The role is based in Bengaluru. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs, providing hands-on project training, developing course materials, and offering personalized mentorship to students. The Trainer will also conduct mock interviews, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback to ensure career readiness.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Technical Training, specializing in Python & Java Full Stack
  • Experience in Training & Development and creating structured training programs
  • Strong Communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Relevant experience as a Technical Trainer in the IT education sector
  • Ability to provide personalized mentorship and career guidance
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Prior experience in the tech industry is an advantage
  • Proven track record of successful student placements
