Our objective is to provide mobile network operators with the equipment required to deploy and expand their 4G/5G networks quickly and efficiently in the most feature rich and cost-effective way.
Job Purpose : MAC Feature Design , Development and Maintenance and customer support for 4G/5G.
Responsibilities :
Implementation of MAC/RLC/PDCP protocols.
Active and idle mode mobility.
Assure optimal resource distribution.
Power control.
Interference aware scheduling.
Weighted proportional fair and OoS aware scheduling.
Link Adaptation.
MIMO.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelors/Masters in ECE or Computer Science Engineering.
Overall 5-12 years of experience in Telecommunication industry.
L2/MAC Scheduler Design, Development, Optimization, Debugging.
Must have worked on MAC Scheduling algorithms on eNB/Small Cells/gNB.
Individuals in this role will actively participate and contribute to systems engineering activities,
Understanding the Design and implementation.
On site Customer Support for R&D issues, analyzing field issues, drive resolution of technical.
issues with cross-functional Teams, escalate issues in an appropriate and timely manner.
Excellent Coding skills in C/C++, Design, Debug and Architecture skills a must.
A good understanding for Integration with L1 and L3 Interfaces.
Familiar with RRC message sequences.
Debugging Skills in Log analysis.
Expertise in usage of tools like QCAT, Viavi and helping to characterize system issues.
