Job Description Configure Price Quote (CPQ) / Pricing & Profitability Optimization Location: Bangalore | Experience: CL 12 (1 3 yrs) / CL 11 (3 5 yrs) | Mode: 100% WFO | Shift: Open to all shifts Role Overview: Responsible for supporting Configure Price Quote (CPQ) processes, pricing strategy, and profitability optimization to enable accurate quotations, order processing, and improved deal efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Work on CPQ tools to configure product pricing, discounts, and quotations based on business rules. Support pricing strategy, profitability analysis, and deal structuring for customer proposals. Ensure accurate and timely quote generation aligned with policies and commercial guidelines. Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to resolve pricing or order-related issues. Maintain price lists, product configuration data, and contract terms in the system. Analyze pricing trends, margins, and customer data to support decision-making. Manage end-to-end order management activities including order entry, validation, and coordination with internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with SLAs, quality standards, and process documentation. Required Skills & Experience: Hands-on experience with CPQ tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, SAP VC, or similar). Knowledge of pricing models, discounting, revenue, and profitability concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience in Order Management or quote-to-cash processes preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate.
