Key Responsibilities:- Develop, customize, and enhance SAP Concur solutions based on business requirements.- Configure and manage integrations between SAP Concur and external systems, including:- Multiple site configurations- Citi card feeds and reconciliations- SAP S/4HANA and other ERP systems- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Concur integrations and data flows.- Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and integration processes.- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.- Stay current with SAP Concur updates, integration best practices, and new features.- Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal teams as needed.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Concur development and integration.- Proven experience configuring SAP Concur integrations for multiple sites and Citi cards.- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration points.- Proficiency in relevant programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar).- Experience with SAP Concur APIs, middleware (e.g., SAP PI/PO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft), and data mapping.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.- SAP Concur certification(s) is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with global SAP Concur rollouts.- Familiarity with financial processes, expense management, and corporate card programs.- Knowledge of security, compliance, and data governance in SAP environments.
