Position Type : Full-Time

Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled SAP SD Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution processes and configurations. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to implement, optimize, and support SAP SD solutions that enhance sales and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize SAP SD modules to meet business requirements, including Sales Order Processing, Shipping, Billing, and Customer Master Data.

- Implementation and Support: Lead or participate in SAP SD implementation projects, including gathering requirements, system design, testing, and deployment. Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure system efficiency and effectiveness.

- Process Optimization: Analyze existing sales and distribution processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Implement best practices in SAP SD to streamline processes.

- Integration: Collaborate with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, FI) and external systems to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across the enterprise.

- User Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP SD processes, configurations, and user guidelines.

- Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve issues related to SAP SD functionality. Work closely with SAP support teams and other technical experts to address and resolve system issues.

- Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports related to sales, distribution, and customer data to support business decision-making. Customize reports and dashboards according to business Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. SAP certification in SD is highly desirable.

- Experience: Minimum of (X) years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant or in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful SAP SD implementations and support.

- Technical Skills:

o SAP SD Modules: Extensive knowledge of SAP SD modules, including Sales Order Management, Shipping, Billing, and Customer Master Data.

o Configuration: Proficiency in configuring SAP SD to align with business processes and requirements.

o Integration: Experience with integration points between SAP SD and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, FI).

o Reporting: Familiarity with SAP reporting tools and functionalities (e.g., SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud).

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into effective SAP SD solutions.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Project Management: Experience managing projects and working in cross-functional teams. Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
