Technical Requirements:

·       At least 6+ years of professional experience working in software modeling, creating models with
Matlab(Simulink/Stateflow)

·       Proficient with
C++

·       Comfortable with the C++ 11 (and beyond) standard library

·       
Demonstrated, hands-on professional experience in the following areas:

·       
Importing legacy C++ code with S-function and S-function builder

·       
Modeling and emulation of messaging interfaces

·       
Development and operation of hardware-in-the-loop simulators such as dSpace or SpeedGoat

·       
Testing and troubleshooting of HW/SW interfaces.

·       
Demonstrated capability to have personally developed (i.e. modeled or written) software that is used for confirming functionality, failure mode testing or equivalent simulation.

·       
Demonstrated use of test platforms for complex HW/SW integrated systems

·       Comfortable using version control software, preferably Git

·       Comfortable reading component ICD's/datasheets

Desired Qualifications:

·     Past Experience with Mathworks real-time Simulink/Stateflow Auto-Coder Toolchain

o  
using a real-time simulation target, especially SpeedGoat

o  
developing production software in a space system, autonomous vehicle or robotics environment

using object-oriented programming in C++
