Financial Analyst

Job Title: Financial Analyst – Corporate Finance

Location: Delhi (On-site as applicable)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join our team. The analyst will primarily assist in debt financing for projects and support various corporate finance assignments. This role requires strong analytical abilities, financial acumen, and the capability to prepare detailed reports for internal and client use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in structuring and executing debt financing transactions for client projects.
  • Analyze company financial statements (Balance Sheets, P&L, Cash Flow) to evaluate creditworthiness and performance.
  • Conduct ratio analysis, cash flow analysis, and other financial metrics to support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for project evaluation, scenario analysis, and debt structuring.
  • Prepare research summaries, industry reports, and project documentation with clear written and verbal communication.
  • Gather and analyze market data, economic indicators, and sector trends relevant to financing and investments.
  • Ensure accuracy in financial data and maintain well-organized databases.
  • Work closely with senior team members on client presentations, proposals, and advisory mandates.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent); MBA in Finance preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial ratios.
  • Knowledge of business modeling, financial projections, and valuation basics.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (including financial functions, pivot tables, and modeling).
  • Liason with Bank officials for query resolutions and funding projects
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
