Assistant product Manager will maintain the momentum across ongoing initiatives, assist in day-to-day product operations, and support coordination between cross-functional teams during this critical delivery phase.

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelors in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
  • 7 years of prior work experience in Product Management

Job Description

  • Support the Product Manager in defining product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization aligned with business goals.
  • Work closely with engineering, QA, UI/UX, support, and business teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of product features.
  • Participate in requirement gathering sessions, translate business needs into functional specifications, and assist in documenting user stories.
  • Track development progress, identify potential delays or roadblocks, and escalate issues to the Product Manager or relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, support go-live activities, and help prepare release notes, training materials, and product documentation.

Required Skills

  • Understanding of Agile workflows, sprint planning, and backlog management.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or ClickUp.
  • Experience with tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or Adobe XD.
  • Ability to interpret API documentation and understand system interfaces.
  • Ability to work with Excel, SQL, or BI tools like Power BI or Tableau for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work effectively across departments in a cross-functional environment.
  • Open to feedback and quick to adapt to changing priorities or project scopes.
  • Clear verbal and written communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to catch inconsistencies and ensure thorough documentation and quality deliverables.
