  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop production staff by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing coaching.
  • Production Planning & Scheduling: Plan and schedule production runs to meet customer demand, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget.
  • Process Monitoring: Monitor production processes and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operation, resolving issues as they arise.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control systems, ensuring products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Health & Safety: Implement and enforce effective health and safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
  • Resource Management: Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to ensure their efficient allocation.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Compile reports on production, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and accurately complete necessary documentation for compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
