Key Responsibilities:
- Manage outpatient OPD services and oversee dialysis day care patients.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical rounds to manage in-patients across all wards and ICUs.
- Lead and coordinate with the team to manage renal transplant programs, including living donor evaluations and post-transplant care.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis treatment protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to hospital protocols and standards.
