Position : QA Lead

Experience Required : 15 Years

Responsibilities :

Leadership :

- Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish testing processes and best practices.

Testing Strategy :

- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.

- Define and implement a robust testing strategy to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.

Manual and Automated Testing :

- Oversee the execution of manual testing for mobile and web applications.

- Drive the implementation and enhancement of automation testing and Web Applications :


- Lead testing team for both mobile (iOS and Android) and web applications.

- Ensure compatibility and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.

Test Automation Tools :

- Evaluate, select, and implement test automation tools and frameworks.

- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements to enhance the automation process.

Defect Management :

- Collaborate with development teams to identify, prioritize, and track defects.

- Implement effective defect management processes to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a QA Lead with a minimum of 15 years in manual and automation testing.

- Expertise in testing mobile applications (iOS and Android) and web applications.

- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.

- Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.

Key Competencies :

- Leadership and team management skills.

- Strategic thinking and ability to design effective testing strategies.

- Proficiency in creating and executing test plans and test cases.

- Hands-on experience with various testing tools and technologies. (ref:hirist.tech)
