Responsibilities

:

Require Engineering graduate for the post of Site Head with sufficient experience in the operations and production of chemicals, specialty chemicals, Dyes, Optical brighteners and Agro industry.Preferred is Reactive and Disperse dyes synthesis process.To lead and drive entire operations of the unit by ensuring its growth of manufacturing capabilities and meeting organizational requirements in terms of cost, quality and Regular monitoring and supervision of the performance for all the functions and achieves the assigned targets. ( EHS ,Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply chain and HR)Framing supply chain strategies as per requirement of sales and marketing team.Preparing the budget, monitoring the expenses and avoiding the loss of the production for the unit.Responsible for ensuring all statutory compliances are met and maintain relations with the external agencies.Develop and maintain safe and harmonious environment for working by effective management tactics.Create high performance culture.Submit the MIS reports to the management with the targets and goals status and future development plans for site.Required SkillsMust be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.Logical thinking.Organizing.Good in communication.Plant Operation.Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech-ChemicalSalary :- Upto 20 LPAIf you are interested for this opening please send updated resume
