Job Description This is a remote position. Freelance Telecom Trainer – Huawei RAN Position: Freelance Trainer – Huawei RAN Location: Remote Engagement: Freelance Domain: Huawei RAN (Operations & Maintenance, FM, AM, Troubleshooting) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Huawei RAN Trainer with strong hands-on expertise in Operations & Maintenance, Fault Management (FM), Alarm Management (AM), and field-level troubleshooting. The trainer will deliver structured training sessions for telecom engineers working on Huawei Radio Access Network technologies.Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality training on Huawei RAN Operations & Maintenance . Train participants on Fault Management (FM) and Alarm Management (AM) workflows. Conduct hands-on labs, simulations, and troubleshooting scenarios. Explain Huawei RAN architecture, interfaces, parameters, and KPIs. Guide engineers on alarm handling, fault resolution, log analysis & RCA. Support assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises. Provide SME-level technical clarity during virtual or classroom sessions. Prepare/modify Huawei-specific training content if required. Required Skills & Expertise Strong experience in Huawei RAN (2G/3G/4G/5G) O&M. Practical understanding of NodeB/eNodeB/gNodeB features, configuration & health checks. Expertise in: Alarm monitoring & troubleshooting Fault Management & escalation flows KPI analysis & RAN performance Parameter audit & optimization basics Hands-on experience with Huawei tools (e.g., M2000/U2020/iManager , LMT). Ability to simplify complex technical topics for trainees.
