The Role: Responsibilities: Lead or assist in financial planning, reporting, and auditing functions using AI and automation tools. Utilize AI/ML models to predict financial trends, identify anomalies, and optimize tax strategies. Integrate AI solutions into accounting workflows (e.g., RPA for invoice processing, AI-assisted auditing). Collaborate with data science and IT teams to develop and implement finance-focused AI models. Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls while applying AI-assisted risk assessments. Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, improve forecasting accuracy, and drive data-driven decisions. Train finance team members on AI tools and promote digital transformation within the department. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI trends and regulatory implications in accounting and finance. Ideal Profile: Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 4+ years of accounting/finance experience, including 1–2 years using AI, automation, or analytics tools in a finance context. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Required.
