7+ years of experience as SAP MDM/MDG Consultant, with at least 2–3 full-cycle MDG implementations.
Proven track record as stream lead / solution lead in large-scale SAP S/4HANA or ECC transformation programs.
Solid experience with Master Data Domains: Business Partner (Customer/Vendor), Material, Finance, and reference data.
Experience in data governance models, workflows, and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Stream Leadership
Lead the SAP MDG workstream within the SAP transformation program.
Define and drive the MDG roadmap in alignment with the program’s convergence and simplification goals.
Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, ICT teams, and system integrators for MDG topics.
Solution & Governance
Design and implement SAP MDG solutions for business partner, material, finance, and other domains.
Ensure alignment of data governance standards, rules, and processes across global and regional operations.
Support data harmonization, cleansing, and migration activities.
Define data ownership and stewardship models in collaboration with the business.
Program Execution
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of MDG solutions.
Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies related to the MDG stream.
Drive testing, cutover preparation, and hypercare support for MDG-related functionalities.
Ensure compliance with Stellantis ICT policies, security standards, and data quality requirements
