What You'll Do

The Salesforce Lifecycle organization is responsible for all Lifecycle processes and systems anchored on delivering the best customer and partner experience.As a software engineer within the SFDC Renewals IT team, you will develop scalable futuristic solutions to address new business models, business challenges and help drive digital transformation. You will collaborate on multi-functional projects to identify areas for improvement. You will analyze internal processes, data, and problems, and identify benefits from enabling new capabilities by using new & emerging digital and cloud technologies.

You will:

Implement new features in a highly collaborative environment with product managers, UI/UX specialists, Business systems architects and analysts in a multi cloud environment.Deep understanding of the Salesforce processes and development methodologies.Proficiency in various scripting languages like Apex, SFDC triggers, Visual Force, JavaScript, and DB languages such as SQL.Well-versed with the SFDC Lightning web component (LWC) framework.Work closely with Scrum master, Product owner and global delivery teams to drive and be a key contributor to Project releases and sprint payloads.Collaborate multi-functionally with other IT teams to implement an integrated digital experience.Identify SFDC Renewals process gaps, challenges, and tech debts; translate these into a transformation strategy and roadmap, and orchestrate end-to-end solutions

Who You'll Work With

You'll work with business partners as well as your team of data and IT professionals, scrum teams, and other business analysts. You'll get to work with leaders in the industry to shape the future of Cisco's customer and partner lifecycle.

Who You Are

Experience with multi cloud architectures such as SFDC and commerce business processes.Must have 7+ year’s relevant experience with a BS degree, MS in Computer Science or Information Science is a plusExperience with SFDC business processes & architecture specifically opportunity management and renewals business process.

Salesforce Admin certfied

Collaborating with the Salesforce administrator on profiles ,security, scalability, limits.Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce to extend Salesforce to support business requirements,Custom User Interface development, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components and Lightning Web Components,Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development,Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and codeIntegrating and maintaining in house and 3rd party business applications to SalesforceExperience with the CI/CD pipeline.Collaborating with IT / Developers for other systems to integrate across the business,Experience working in Agile teams and methodologies such as Scrum & Kanban.
