In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the sales of our talent outsourcing services. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the client base. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions that align with their goals. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue. Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and present customized proposals to potential clients, showcasing The Golden Rise's talent outsourcing solutions and value proposition. Negotiations and Closures: Lead the negotiation process, handling objections and closing deals to ensure successful conversions and client satisfaction. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client requirements to ensure a competitive edge and refine sales approaches. Sales Metrics: Monitor and report on key sales metrics, such as conversion rates, sales cycle duration, and revenue generation, to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure client needs are understood and met effectively. Qualifications: Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Skills: Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in business development or sales consultancy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Goal-oriented and able to work independently to meet sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is an advantage. Competencies: Self-motivated with a proactive mindset. Ability to understand client requirements and offer effective solutions. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
