ExcelHer program – the career returnship program at Volvo Group in India . The program is for women who have been on a career break for a year or more. This is our step towards empowering women to relaunch their professional journey after their absence from the workplace due to personal commitments. Exciting work assignments have been identified which you can refer in the list below.The assignments are for a tenure of 9 months. The participant of this program would have access to professional development programs, mentoring assistance by a business leader, apart from the experience of working with people from different functions/technologies/culture.Go ahead and apply if you find the opportunities in line with your experience and career interest.About the team:DMS VCE- DMS is a team of over 10 people. All of us are working from India, We act as a bridge between VCE dealers and VCE core , we mainly work with Oracle Netsuite applicationsRoles & Responsibilities:Lead in delivering the identified solution

Provide detailed functional and non-functional requirements and specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involved.

Work closely with Product teams to ensure products and solutions are available and working properly.

Ensure that the solution developed complies with given architecture guidelines, specifications and business partner quality requirements and ensuring the usage of standards, tools and platforms

Identify and propose solutions and features to fit product

Solve assigned issues together with the business

Analyze current technologies used and perform Tec watch, build prototypes and PoC’s.

Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates requirements such as legal, customer experience or other.

Skills Required:Mandatory Skill Sets:Business Analysis

Interfacing between Business and development team

Secondary Skill Sets:Oracle Netsuite

Any language coding experience

Finance knowledge

Education & Experience Required:Bachelor or Master degree (BE/B.Tech/MTech)

2+ years of expertise in Business analysis

Customer value driven mindset

End to end service mindset

Good knowledge and experience in Oracle NetSuite applications

Minimum 1 years of development experience

Eager to work with new technologies and process.

You have excellent communication & presentation skills

You can navigate with ease in a multi-cultural, distributed environment and actively cooperate with various stakeholders

You focus strong on quality and you have a personal drive to reach objectives and targets

You have a strong customer focus

Continuous improvement is your nature and you can drive changes

Complete proficiency in English is a requirement.

The availability to travel occasionally.
