JOB DESCRIPTION We are currently seeking a Finance & Accounting Analyst to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. Max. - - Functional Role (Job Description) An Individual is responsible for performing Invoicing & other related activities for clients across various countries. Also includes providing support to internal and external stakeholders to maximize the operations’ effectiveness and accuracy. Also, it is accountable to transition new business by producing a high quality of work with meticulous attention to detail.Additionally, performs a variety of analytical functions including the review and management of large data sets to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with internal controls. Essential Desirable Education Background Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting or related field. MBA/ICWA/CA (Intermediate) a plus. Work Experience Must have 3 to 5 years in Order to Cash process. Prior experience in Invoicing roles with hands on billing application knowledge. Proficiency in multiple ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, Service Now etc. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including MS Excel and MS Word. Experience in auditing processes, financial information and systems. Experience with tools such as SQL. Key Responsibilities Interpret complex processes, policies, and financial/legal documents Analyze trends in billing data to identify inefficiencies or risks Consult on system enhancements and integration of billing changes Support audit readiness by managing SOX-related controls Develop dashboards or reports to monitor KPIs and SLAs Recommend improvements to billing workflows and controls Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Compliance) Key Performance Parameters 1 – Billing Accuracy | 2- Timeliness of Deliverables | 3- Stakeholder Communication | 4 - Analytical Problem Solving | 5 - Tool & Technology Proficiency Essential Knowledge and Analytical Skills MS Office /Outlook Fluent in business English; both written and verbal communication skills essential Open to work in Flexible Shifts & Hybrid Work Environment Extended hours may be required in meet deadlines.
