Manager – Process Excellence????Work Location: Aqaba, Jordan (On Site)Reports to: General Manager – GIA ApparelsGIA Apparels, one of Jordan’s leading apparel manufacturers with 8,000+ employees, is seeking a Manager – Process Excellence to strengthen systems and drive a culture of continuous improvement. What you’ll doEnsure company processes are documented, updated, and consistently followed.Conduct GEMBA walks across operations and support functions.Lead cross-department collaboration and process improvement initiatives.Report directly to the General Manager on adherence and optimization.Deliver projects that make processes smarter, faster, and more effective.What we’re looking forBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Fashion Technology, or a related field.10+ years of experience in operations, quality, or process excellence (manufacturing preferred).Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or ISO standards.Excellent communication skills to engage management and shopfloor teams.Hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous improvement.Join us to shape the future of apparel manufacturing at GIA, where process meets excellence.????
