Avo Automation is seeking a dynamic and creative Visual Designer to join our Education team. As a Visual Designer, you will collaborate closely with Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts SMEs to design compelling learning artifacts. These artifacts encompass a wide range of materials, including technical documents, workbooks, virtual instructor led training vILT presentations, e Learnings, as well as editing and creating learning & explainer videos.
Key Responsibilities:
    Utilize a solid understanding of design principles, trends, and best practices to create visually stunning and effective learning materials.
    Collaborate with Instructional designers & Subject Matter Experts SMEs to ensure alignment with project objectives and learning goals.
    Demonstrate proficiency in graphic design and video editing software such as 
Adobe Creative Suite.
    Ability to design editable templates and corporate presentations in Microsoft word & Microsoft PowerPoint.
    Actively participate in the development of e Learning content using Articulate Storyline, with a keen interest in expanding knowledge in this area.
Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field.
    4 7 years of relevant experience in visual design, preferably in the field of learning and development.
    Portfolio demonstrating your design and motion design skills Mandatory.
    Proficiency in Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, and intermediate knowledge of video editing.
    Passion for learning and a strong interest in e Learning development with Articulate Storyline.
    Experience with SCORM standards and e learning authoring tools is a plus.
    Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
    Proactive problem solving skills with a focus on project ownership and delivery.
    Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines consistently.
