Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Telecaller Team Leader to manage and guide our telecalling team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to motivate a team, and a proven track record in telecalling or telesales. You will be responsible for ensuring the team meets performance targets and maintains quality in customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of telecallers to meet daily and monthly targets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate individual and team performance. Provide coaching and support where needed.
  • Target Achievement: Ensure consistent lead generation, follow-ups, and sales conversions as per company goals.
  • Training & Development: Train new team members on scripts, product knowledge, customer handling, and CRM tools.
  • Quality Control: Monitor calls for quality assurance and compliance with company policies.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and share with management.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle escalations or complaints from customers and resolve them professionally.
  • Team Coordination: Organize daily briefings, assign calling lists, and manage shift schedules.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
