Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Production Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the execution of wedding events, manage production timelines, coordinate with vendors, and ensure that all aspects of the wedding are executed flawlessly. The Production Executive will play a crucial role in turning our clients' visions into reality.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all aspects of wedding production, including logistics, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth execution of events.
Liaise with vendors (e.g., florists, caterers, decorators) to ensure all services are delivered as per the client’s specifications and contract agreements.
Oversee the setup and breakdown of wedding events, ensuring that all elements are in place and functioning correctly.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the production phase, addressing any concerns or adjustments needed to meet their expectations.
Develop and manage detailed production schedules, ensuring that all tasks and deadlines are met efficiently.
Quickly address and resolve any issues or unexpected challenges that arise during the event production process.
Monitor the quality of all production elements to ensure they meet the company’s high standards and client expectations.
Work closely with the wedding planning team to align on client needs and ensure a complete event execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience of 5 years or more in event production or wedding planning, with a strong understanding of wedding logistics and vendor management.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point and Canva
