- Technical Discussions with Customers: Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Act as a bridge between the sales team and the engineering team to ensure that customer needs are met efficiently.- BOM Preparation: Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects, ensuring all necessary components are included and accurately listed.- Drawing Preparation: Create and review technical drawings and diagrams to support sales and project implementation. Ensure that all drawings comply with industry standards and customer specifications.- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our solutions.- Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support to customers throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical specifications, and project requirements.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical) or equivalent experience.- Experience: 6 to 9 years of experience in technical sales support, preferably in the industrial equipment or related sectors.- Technical Skills: Proficient in preparing BOMs and technical drawings. Experience with CAD software is highly desirable.- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
