Together, we orchestrate the future of enterprise with purpose, platform, and care. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sr SAP Basis Consultant role located in Madhuravoyal. As a Sr SAP Basis Consultant, you will oversee Basis administration tasks, including system monitoring, tuning, and performance optimization. You will provide technical leadership by troubleshooting system issues and implementing solutions, collaborating with teams to ensure SAP system integrity, and assisting in SAP upgrades, migrations, and patches. You will also engage with clients in a consultative capacity, ensuring their system requirements are met efficiently. Experience: 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration, including system installation, configuration, upgrades, and migrations Required & Skills: Technical Proficiency: • Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP NetWeaver • Expertise in HANA, Oracle, SQL Server database administration • Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems Certifications: • SAP Certified Technology Associate preferred • Advanced certifications in SAP S/4HANA and cloud solutions are a plus • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels • Proven track record in leading and mentoring team members and supporting junior consultants. • Demonstrated ability to manage complex SAP environments and deliver high-quality outcome Qualifications Experience with SAP Basis and Basis Administration. Strong skills in system Troubleshooting and technical diagnostics. Expertise in Database Administration as related to SAP systems. Consulting skills, including effective communication and requirement analysis. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex system issues. Proficiency in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP system upgrades and performance tuning is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, dynamic team environment.
