Full Stack Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Solution Architect who can lead the architecture and design of end-to-end software solutions deployed on cloud platforms or on-prem environments. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development, microservices, cloud-native technologies, and system integration. You will work closely with engineering, DevOps, product, and business teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design full stack solutions tailored for cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) and/or on-prem environments.
  • Lead the technical design of enterprise-grade applications involving frontend frameworks, backend services, APIs, and data layers.
  • Select appropriate architectural patterns (microservices, event-driven, monolith, etc.) based on business and technical needs.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance through design best practices.
  • Define CI/CD pipelines and deployment architectures in collaboration with DevOps teams.
  • Make build vs. buy decisions and evaluate third-party components.
  • Lead design and code reviews to ensure alignment with architectural standards.
  • Mentor developers and promote technical excellence across teams.
  • Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and decision logs.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proven experience designing full stack applications with React/Angular/Vue, , and REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Expertise in cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, or GCP) including compute, storage, networking, and security services.
  • Experience with on-prem system design, virtualization, and hybrid integration patterns.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration strategies.
  • Strong understanding of database systems (SQL, NoSQL, caching, replication).
  • Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation), and monitoring tools.
  • Ability to assess and implement security best practices, including identity, encryption, and access controls.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in solution architecture roles.
  • Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Architect) preferred.
