Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a creative mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for building engaging content. This role requires expertise in content creation, video shooting, anchoring, and camera handling, along with the ability to craft impactful written content that connects with the audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms
  • Create engaging, original, and visually appealing content (images, videos, reels, stories, posts)
  • Handle camera equipment and shoot high-quality video content for campaigns and social media updates
  • Anchor and present in videos, reels, and other creative content as required
  • Write creative and engaging captions, posts, and campaign content
  • Monitor, track, and report on performance of social media campaigns
  • Stay updated with latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align content with brand goals and campaigns

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in social media management
  • Strong creative and storytelling skills
  • Hands-on experience with video shooting, anchoring, and camera handling
  • Ability to write creative and impactful content for different platforms
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passionate about creativity, innovation, and brand building

Ideal Candidate:
A creative storyteller who is comfortable both in front of and behind the camera, with the ability to manage, strategize, and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement and brand visibility.

Job Type: Full-time
