D Key Result Areas

Stakeholder Management

· Co-create technology roadmap - Collaborate to understand the technology needs, identify gaps, and gather high level requirements for technology solutioning.

· Innovation and Industry trends- Stay updated with the latest technology advancement.

· Governance - Setup and conduct monthly, quarterly governance meetings between Technology and sales leadership, technology leadership & partner.

· Lead technology projects related to the channel functions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams.

· Monitor the performance of technology systems in terms of adoption and ROI, identify areas of improvement.

· Be on top of the support and troubleshooting & ensure effective communication.

· Develop and deliver training programs to educate the distribution team on new technologies and enhancements.

Technical

· Experience in technology consulting environment, large scale technology project delivery with business outcome, combination of technology and business roles

· Ability to understand the technology arena and co-relate to the business problem.

· Strong experience in change management, stakeholder management and conflict resolutions

· Should possess an experience in strategic alliance role where relationship is maintained with the key BFSI companies.

· Important to have connects in BFSI segment with various banks, insurance, broking or mutual fund companies.
