Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operations and sales across multiple branches.
  • Drive revenue growth and maintain healthy loan portfolios.
  • Train and monitor Sales Managers and BDMs.
  • Implement regional strategies for loan sales.
  • Ensure compliance and productivity across teams.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a similar role with proven regional performance.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the local financial landscape.
  • Graduate or Postgraduate preferred.
