Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - CA, located in Bengaluru. The Manager - CA will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include managing accounting staff, preparing financial statements, providing advisory services to clients, assessing financial risks, and implementing internal controls. The role also involves developing and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the firm's growth through strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with experience of 2-3 years
  • Proven experience in financial management, audits, and compliance
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
  • Advanced skills in financial software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Experience in advisory services and strategic planning
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to Travel whenever necessary
  • Advanced skills in Zoho and Tally ERP 9
