Product Studio Seeks Tech Orchestrator to Lead Development Charge
Do you crave building high-performing development teams and streamlining processes that deliver cutting-edge AI-powered tech products? As our DevOps Lead/Head of Development, you'll be the maestro behind the scenes, wielding automation and collaboration to ensure our product pipeline flows seamlessly.
Who You Are:
A new DevOps leader with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing development teams.
An expert in CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and infrastructure automation (ideally with experience in AWS or similar cloud environments).
A champion of collaboration, fostering a strong bond between development, operations, and security teams.
A skilled communicator, adept at translating technical complexities for both technical and non-technical audiences.
A proactive problem solver with a passion for continuous improvement.
Can work with Backend and Frontend Technologies.
What You'll Do:
Lead the development team in establishing and implementing best practices for DevOps methodologies.
Design, build, and maintain a robust CI/CD pipeline for efficient and reliable product delivery.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management for rapid development and deployment cycles.
Champion collaboration between development, operations, and security teams to foster a culture of shared responsibility.
Identify and implement new tools and technologies to optimize the development process.
Mentor and coach team members, fostering their growth and development.
Bonus Points for:
Experience in building and deploying AI-powered products.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development frameworks.
A positive and results-oriented attitude with a "can-do" spirit.
Solid understanding of tech Procurement processes
Experience working with MERN stack is a big plus.
