Key Account Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand TAC Security’s footprint in the India West region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within large enterprises and key industry sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to address their cybersecurity challenges.
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including negotiations and contract management.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data and market insights to inform strategic decisions and adjust tactics as needed.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns and initiatives targeted at the enterprise segment.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and key metrics.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on progress against targets and strategic objectives.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales staff and support their development and performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Cyber Security sales, with a focus on enterprise-level cybersecurity solutions. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, trends, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
