Job Title: Structural Draftsman / CAD TechnicianLocation: Gujarat (Preferred)Experience: 2-3 YearsJob Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented Structural Draftsman / CAD Technician with expertise in structural design and drafting. The ideal candidate will have experience in consulting engineering or architectural firms, with a preference for industrial projects, including steel/PEB construction.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare detailed structural drawings and Good for Construction (GFC) documents in coordination with architects and engineers.- Work closely with architectural teams to understand design concepts and translate them into technical drawings.- Ensure seamless internal coordination between structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other disciplines at the schematic level.- Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp proficiently. Experience with additional graphic software is a plus.- Ensure compliance with applicable town planning by-laws and development control regulations (DCR).- Assist in the preparation of client presentation materials and project documentation.- Maintain accuracy in detailing, material specifications, and construction processes.- Collaborate effectively in a team environment to meet project deliverables within deadlines.Skills & Qualifications:- ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering.- 1-3 years of experience in structural design and drafting within consulting engineering or architectural firms.- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.- Experience with industrial projects, including steel/PEB construction, will be an added advantage.- Understanding of building construction elements, materials, and structural detailing.- Familiarity with town planning regulations and development control guidelines.- Strong teamwork and coordination skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Preferred:- Candidates from Gujarat will be preferred.Why Join Us?Join a team of experienced professionals, work on innovative structural projects, and enhance your technical expertise in a collaborative and dynamic work environment.Apply now and take your career to the next level with us
