About the Role:We are looking for an experienced

Engineering Manager

with strong expertise in

Python

to lead our backend team. You will be responsible for overseeing the development of high-performance backend systems, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and grow a team of backend engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Drive the design and development of scalable, secure, and efficient backend services using Python.Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to define and prioritize backend solutions.Ensure high-quality code through code reviews, continuous integration, and best practices.Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure alignment with technical and business goals.

Required Qualifications:7-10 years of backend development experience, with expertise in

Python

and associated frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role.Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL), RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.Knowledge of system design and performance optimization.Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Datadog).
